Whether from trauma in war, crime, violence, rape, assault, abuse, incest, molestation or any type of trauma, many people respond by becoming fearful, angry, numb, disconnected, desensitized, depressed, drug or alcohol dependent, isolated and shamed.

This website is designed to be a guide and a social network to bring people together to heal from trauma.
